The boys loved taking care of Dior. They did a great job!

Here we are waiting for them to start. We had a picnic supper and ice cream.

Saturday Activity

Guess what we got to do?

It was hot and we couldn´t go to the pool or the beach sooo...

Hoping you all have a lovely week. My goals this week are to get to bed earlier, start easing into a better schedule to make our first week of homeschool go smoother, keep up with my 30 day shred exercise DVD and keep eating for Making the Cut and of course spend time with my Lord first and formost!

We will be starting to work on getting to bed early soon, or we will be feeling it when school starts :) although Noelia has waken the whole house up pretty early the last couple of days, which is killing me becuase I am going to bed so late..... oh, well...

  3. Cute puppies! It's almost 10 a.m. and I keep telling myself I need to do the Shred....ugh! Just don't feel like exercising today (not that I ever feel like doing it, lol!).

I am enjoying what's left of summer but we will be starting homeschooling soon so I need to work towards getting a little more disciplined to that end!

  6. Aww, the doggies are too cute!!! I loved reading your goals Dani Joy. Since the computer has come into my life, my bedtime seems to get later and later. We have eased back into home school this week. I'm impressed with your 30 day shred - I've heard of others doing this too! Blessings to you dear one!

  10. I love the water balloon fight! Summmer's so much fun, why does it have to end? We're busy with company this week and next, so no easing into a homeschooling schedule for us! I think we'll take the first week easy anyway.

I went to college at Pensacola Christian College 1997-2001.

I wish I could give you some good advice about home buying, but I have no idea how it is in Spain! It's actually pretty easy here because there's tons of ways to go about getting a home loan without a down payment. You know how our government loves to hand out tax payer's money! The bank figures out what you can afford for a loan, which in our case was the same as rent would have been. The hardest part was finding the "perfect" place, which of course doesn't exist! So you've got to decide how much work you're willing and able to do to make it "perfect". Then there's the scary part about selling it at some point in the future. But God provides. He'll bring the right person at the right time. So how's that for not having any advice! :)

Have a good day! Stay cool!

  12. It felt a little awkward at first because we didn't have children back then, lol! But once we got to thinking in that general direction, it got easier.
