What´s up with the Crew? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Camping Buds and Mommy Dates

Tuesday I had to say goodbye to this dynamic duo.
It´s is their first kids camp without Mommy.
They traveled with their daddy 6 hours to Guadalajara, (Madrid) to the Baptist Camp there.

So, this big guy and I have been having lots of fun!

We have been having "Mommy Dates"

Yesterday, we got a few new movies on sale, had our favorite supper of chicken nuggets and fries. Then it was time for the movies and popcorn, and his favorite icecream, Banana! We are having a great time. It´s been a really needed bonding time, even though he misses his brothers a lot.

Today, we went visiting. He was so good, I told him he could pick where he wanted to go. He wanted to play Billiards at the mall. We played air hockey and foosball too. We had so much fun. I think my favorite was air hockey, though! I won.

  1. Oh how fun! Hope you guys have a great time!

  2. Thanks for stopping by my blog! I am looking forward to keeping up with you and your family's ministry. God Bless!

  3. Wow, that's a long drive to camp. I'll bet they're having a blast, as you two are!

I love that you recognized my writing style, lol!

My hubby has had the same thing happen while making coffee. Then there is a huge mess on the counter and floor, just like you said. So you aren't alone!

  4. Oh, I love mommy dates! But we don't do them often enough. I'll have to get better about that. I always love it when I take the time to do it.

Glad you're enjoying some one-on-one time!

  5. What fun!

I'm so glad you're getting this special time with Isiah, without the stress of wondering about Michael. I'm glad he is feeling better and will be able to stay the rest of the week at camp.

Praying Bro. Joe has a safe trip back home.

  6. Looks like some great bonding time. Enjoy it!

  7. How fun! I hope your older two boys have a good time at camp.

  8. What fun! I'm going to hopefully do more of these soon while daddy is gone.

  9. Hi Dani Joy~ Yes we use to live in California. The link you mentioned is my sister in law.
